All you need to know about your rent
1. When do I have to pay a rent and how do I do that?
The rent must be paid before the first day of the following month. You need also to pay for the first month of your stay + the additional amount of deposit upon the arrival if you have not done the down-payment.
You can pay your rent in several ways: by cash or by credit card at our office at Faculty of Management or by a bank transfer to our account. You will get all the details about our bank account, after filling in the booking form.
As our office does not have the regular opening hours, every month we will inform you about the payment dates and hours.
2. What does my rent consist of?
The rent is "all inclusive", which means that the electricity, water, heating, and the furniture and services and the household insurance and taxes are included in the monthly fee.
