How to book a room?

We tried to make a reservation process as easy and convenient as possible, however if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us:

1. This semester we offer accommodation in the single or double rooms in a private flats, all located either very close to the University's campus or close to the metro station, which guarantees convenient way to travel within the city. To check the description of rooms and its prices go to the Book a Room webpage.
2. To book a room, fill in our inquiry form. Give us the details about yourself, your faculty of destination, the length of your stay and your e-mail address/ phone number and, what is very important, about your preferences, including preferable location, kind of a room etc. We will check the rooms availability, prepare an offer and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
3. If you decide to book a room, we’ll keep it for you for two weeks. To confirm your reservation, you will be asked to pay a deposit in the amount of your two-month rent. This sum will be used as your first month rent (and you will not have to pay it on the day of your arrival), and the second part of this will be used as a deposit, which will be given back in the end of your stay. 4. For the rest of your stay, you pay a monthly fee, always before the beginning of the following month.

5. You can always check the status of your reservation and the availability of our rooms by sending us an inquiry: or by filling in our booking form.
